Haley's baby brother: Haley's clueless two year old partner in mischief trying to learn from his big sister. Sometimes her "straight man" for the jokes.

Haley's mommy and daddy: Haley's parents who sometimes aren't too amused by Haley's thoughts on things.

Premise to Haley's Comment:
The strip follows the thoughts, ideas, and actions of a four year old girl who is sometimes a little to wise for her own good.
The title character is Haley and every cartoon features a comment on situation that she is in.
